GLR Engineers provided structural engineering services for this (4) story, approximately 60,000 SF podium structure. The upper (3) levels of the building contain 24 units of high end apartment living space, subterranean parking is located at the lowest level underneath the residential units. The project consists of (3) levels of wood framing over one level of post-tensioned concrete construction.
